Tatiana Schlossberg, a granddaughter of former President John F. Kennedy, passes away at the age of 35.
A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, succumbed on Tuesday following a November disclosure of a rare blood cancer diagnosis.
Family and Institution Shares News of the Passing
News of her death was announced in a public statement by the Kennedy Presidential Library.
“Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts.”
Insight into the Diagnosis
Within a personal essay in November, Schlossberg revealed that she had been suffering from AML, a form of leukemia with a uncommon variant.
This form of cancer is a malignancy that originates in the blood and bone marrow.
